The JG-901 is a fully automated circular production line designed for efficient PU sole production across a wide range of footwear types. Built with a heavy-duty 30 kW drive system and a robust 4,500 kg steel frame, it delivers consistent quality and stable output over long production runs.
Flexible Configurations to Match Your Product Line
Choose from three workstation setups to fit your production needs. The 80-station configuration (400 × 500 mm molds) handles double-layer sole production at maximum throughput. The 60-station setup (600 × 500 mm molds) is ideal for general footwear lines. The 51-station configuration (700 × 500 mm molds) is purpose-built for safety and work boots requiring larger, reinforced sole designs.
